Error establishing a database connection

The system is unable to connect to the database at the moment.

This either means that the database information in your .env file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Please validate the following:

  • 🔑 Are you sure you have entered the correct database username and password?
  • 🖥️ Are you sure you have entered the correct database name and host name?
  • ⚡ Are you sure that the database server is running?
